Details

Forklifts, also known as counterbalanced lift trucks, are heavy-duty vehicles fitted with forks that enable an operator to carry, lift and stack many different types of materials. Given that they are operated in dynamic environments with constantly-changing conditions, it is important for
an operator to be able to proactively recognize hazards that present a risk to themselves or others around them.

Our interactive course is designed to provide participants with an understanding of the essential principles involved in the safe operation of a forklift truck, along with the legal responsibilities. We will discuss the limitations that affect forklift stability and the fundamentals of handling high-risk loads.
