The Ontario Regulation for Propane Storage and Handling made under the Technical Standards and Safety Act (TSSA) states that workers must hold a certificate or ROT (Record of Training), in order to handle propane on the worksite. Propane CH-02 training is mandatory for anyone connecting, disconnecting or activating propane devices of 400,000 Btu/h or less.
